Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar is looking for a Shift Leader to join our leadership team!

What does my day look like?

· Run the floor or kitchen creating a positive employee and guest experience!

· Support in the dining room, bar, and kitchen during peak hours (you, doing you).

· Partner with the team to drive the best experience for the guest while being efficient and following company standards.

· Administrative activities such as inventory, cash handling, ordering, etc. to assist the management team.
