Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

- Giám sát việc tiếp nhận hàng hóa, đảm bảo kiểm tra đầy đủ chứng từ, số lượng và tình trạng hàng theo đúng quy trình.

- Đảm bảo hoạt động nhập kho được thực hiện chính xác trên hệ thống và sắp xếp hàng hóa đúng vị trí lưu trữ quy định.

- Điều phối và xử lý kịp thời các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình nhập kho (thiếu, hư hỏng, sai lệch), phối hợp với các bên liên quan khi cần.

- Theo dõi, kiểm soát tồn kho theo hệ thống; thực hiện cycle count, xử lý sai lệch và đảm bảo độ chính xác tồn kho.

- Cấp phát nguyên vật liệu cho sản xuất đúng số lượng và đúng thời gian; đảm bảo FIFO/FEFO khi cần.

- Sắp xếp, bố trí hàng hóa theo layout; đảm bảo nhận diện rõ ràng (Label, LOT, SubInventory – Locator,…) và tối ưu không gian lưu trữ.

- Giám sát hoạt động đóng gói thành phẩm (FG), đảm bảo tuân thủ bản vẽ, quy trình và các yêu cầu đặc biệt từ PO / Shipping Request.

- Điều phối việc chuẩn bị thành phẩm và chứng từ, đảm bảo đầy đủ, chính xác theo Shipping Request trước khi xuất hàng.

- Giám sát và đảm bảo bàn giao hàng hóa cho forwarder đúng thời gian, đúng số lượng và trong tình trạng đạt yêu cầu.

- Phối hợp cung cấp dữ liệu, chứng từ và bằng chứng để hỗ trợ xử lý các khiếu nại của khách hàng liên quan đến đóng gói và vận chuyển.

- Quản lý, phân công và giám sát nhân viên xuất hàng, đảm bảo tuân thủ đúng quy trình và tiêu chuẩn vận hành.

- Duy trì EHS & 5S, đảm bảo khu vực làm việc sạch sẽ, an toàn; tuân thủ quy định và các tiêu chuẩn liên quan đến linh kiện điện tử.

- Đảm bảo tuân thủ quy trình vận hành và quy định nội bộ.

- Hỗ trợ xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh trong hoạt động hàng ngày.

- Phân công, hướng dẫn và giám sát công việc nhân viên trong ca.

Education & Experience

• Tốt nghiệp Trung học phổ thông (12/12), ưu tiên ứng viên tốt nghiệp Trung cấp hoặc Cao đẳng
• 8 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc làm việc tại kho của nhà máy sản xuất cho trình độ học vấn là THPT; + 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc làm việc tại kho của nhà máy sản xuất cho trình độ học vấn là Trung cấp và cao đẳng
• Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các Smart Warehouse

Working Conditions

• Làm việc trong môi trường văn phòng/ sản xuất tiêu chuẩn.

• Có tiếp xúc với nhiều loại hợp chất, dung môi và hóa chất.

• Trang bị công cụ, dụng cụ, thiết bị bảo hộ phù hợp khi làm việc.
