As you progress through training, you’ll gain increasing responsibility, ultimately mastering day-to-day operations and becoming accountable for the overall success and profitability of a Super Star Car Wash location. Essential Duties / Tasks / Responsibilities

(These responsibilities must be able to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation)

Customer Service Responsibilities

• Rollout the red carpet by being friendly to customers and handling vehicles with extreme care
• Communicate effectively at all levels with employees, customers, peers, and management

Operations & Compliance Responsibilities

• Learn to execute open and close duties and follow designated procedures
• Ensure a safe environment for all employees and customers by ensuring compliance with safety procedures and report safety or maintenance issues to management
• Understand Quality Control factors associated with customer’s overall experience, products and services, scheduling / labor cost control with respect to historical performance & seasonality
• Facilitate and assess damage claims
• Ensure compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, and policies at Local, State & Federal levels
• Support company initiatives, including but not limited to marketing, promotions, sales, customer service, and talent management initiatives
• Completing tasks associated with location cleanliness such as sweeping, replenishing, mopping, cleaning, and/or minor landscaping work as directed by leadership
• Keep the entire property spotlessly clean and organized
• Other duties as assigned

Leadership & Employee Development Responsibilities

• Learn our coaching / training model
• Motivate employees to complete job tasks efficiently and effectively

What We’re Looking For

Education

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Experience

• 6 months - 1 year of customer service or supervisory experience required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Car wash, retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility: Willingness to work outside and adapt to various weather conditions
• Schedule: Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holiday
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check

Work Environment

• Outdoor and Indoor Settings: Primarily work outdoors
• Weather Conditions: Exposure to heat, cold, rain, and wind
• Noise Levels: Moderate to high noise levels from equipment and vehicles
• Team Collaboration: Frequent interaction and collaboration with colleagues and customers
• Fast-Paced: High pace, especially during peak hours
• Customer Interaction: Regular engagement with customers

Physical Activity

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Manual tasks and operating equipment
• Stamina and endurance throughout the shift.

Pay Transparency

Base Pay: $20.25–$21.25/hour (Weekly Pay)

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on relevant experience and geographic location.
