At Valley Steps , Shift Leads play a vital role in creating a stable, supportive environment for both clients and staff. By guiding daily operations, mentoring team members, and providing direct support to clients, you'll help ensure each shift runs smoothly while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and exceptional care.
Pay: Range starts at $20.65/hour (pay is calculated based on years of licensed working experience)
Shift Differential: Additional $2.00hour when clocked in for 3+ hours between 3pm - 11pm
Schedule Monday – Friday | 12:00pm – 8:00pm

& Deliverables
The Shift Lead supports unit leadership with the supervision of work activities during assigned shifts on a residential or housing unit. The Shift Lead ensures that employees have the resources and support to perform their jobs successfully. The Shift Lead possesses sufficient knowledge and skill in their respective function and utilizes this knowledge and skill to train, coach, and supervise employees. The Shift Lead actively encourages a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
