Shift Lead Logistics (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• You will work in a team of 6–7 Shift Leads who jointly manage daily operations, each with a dedicated focus area: picking, returns (empty containers), and onboarding & training
• By leading from the front and motivating your team, you will manage the shift during ongoing operations and support your colleagues when it matters most
• You monitor KPIs, derive action measures, and ensure order and occupational safety
• Through regular feedback and development discussions, you identify your team members’ strengths and support their growth and potential
• You act as the direct link between the Logistics Lead and the control center at headquarters, providing feedback from the warehouse and implementing improvements quickly on site

Your profile:

• You have initial leadership experience in logistics, gastronomy, retail, or another operational environment
• You use this experience to set priorities, make data-driven decisions, and stay in control even in dynamic situations
• You communicate clearly, respectfully, and empathetically, motivate your team, and lead by example
• You have a proactive mindset and strive to improve processes. When you see potential, you take initiative and implement improvements together with your team
• You have basic English skills to communicate on the floor and give instructions
• You are willing to work in a two-shift system
