Pay Range: $21.01 - $23.61 / hour

As Lead II, you will play a critical role in overseeing our Team Members and Shift Leads and ensuring a vibrant, professional, and efficient work environment. You will lead by example, setting the standard for excellence and en-chuzey-asm in every aspect of our operations, with a strong focus on enhancing the the member experience and team development.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Lead your team and set the example in welcoming, greeting, and interacting with all members, prospective members, and guests. Ability to identify deficits and improve upon current standards and processes
• Collaborate with your team to ensure daily cleaning tasks and gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean
• Membership sign-ups and prospect tours, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, managing escalated member concerns, and making and serving smoothies, if applicable
• Maintain knowledge and assist members with all amenities, membership information and offerings, fitness programs, and equipment functions
• Ensure proper completion of opening and closing responsibilities, breaking employees for lunches and maintaining appropriate staff levels, and completing inventory counts and orders
• Supervise member management software reports and process data entry. Manage front desk administrative duties as needed
• Train and develop the team by providing coaching, ensuring timely completion of online training courses, and providing feedback to management for performance reviews
• Collaborate with the management team to onboard and recruit new team members

• Able to read, write, and speak clearly in English
• Touring the gym: walking and climbing stairs
• Bending, kneeling, and repetitive arm movement
• Standing for long periods
• Computer operations
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs
