🎉 Now Hiring: Shift Lead 🎉We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and sales-driven leader to help guide our front desk and salon flow at:📍 Drybar Missoula (140 E Front St)

As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for leading the client experience from check-in to check-out while ensuring Drybar standards are consistently upheld. You will also support team performance, operations, and sales goals during each shift.

Schedule Requirement:Full-time positionMust work Tuesday–SaturdayMix of opening and closing shifts required

Compensation:Hourly payTipsCommission on products, hot tools, and membershipsMonthly bonus structure based on performance

What You’ll Do:Lead client experience from check-in to check-out ensuring Drybar standards are upheldLead and support team member flow including assigning clients, delegating tasks, and managing breaksTrain new Bartenders and support onboarding using Drybar systems, values, and standardsOversee inventory by monitoring supplies, assisting with stocking, and placing orders as neededEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and timekeeping standardsSupport strong team morale and escalate issues to management when neededMaintain awareness of promotions and support retail and membership sales goalsManage booking system (Booker) during shift

What We’re Looking For:Strong leadership and communication skillsConfidence in sales (memberships, add-ons, retail, hot tools)Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailSalon, retail, or service leadership experience preferred
