Dunkin’ is looking for a motivated and energetic Shift Lead to help lead our team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. In this role, you will support daily operations, lead team members during shifts, and help deliver the fast, friendly service Dunkin’ guests know and love. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate team members during shifts to ensure excellent service and productivity
• Delegate tasks and help maintain smooth restaurant operations
• Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Ensure food and beverage quality meets Dunkin’ standards
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the restaurant
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Support training and development of new and existing team members
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and shift accountability
• Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment

Requirements

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of food service, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Dependable with strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years old
