Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Shift Lead to join our team in Bridgwater, supporting the Hinkley Point C (HPC) Nuclear Build, the first in a new generation of UK power stations delivering low-carbon electricity to millions of homes. You’ll oversee warehouse operations, ensuring items are received, prepared, and dispatched safely and compliantly to site, while leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding results.
This is a full-time permanent position. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between the hours of 6am to 6pm However, some flexibility is required, this is logistics after all!

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £16.16 per hour, and 23 days annual leave.
