Assistswith supervising the work of all production employees – monitors production and shipping schedules based on availability of raw and finished goods
Provide hands-on peer leadership to production staff to support training and development, evaluate, motivate,delegateandmonitortheir activities
Support plant administration to ensure compliancetoestablishedpolicies and procedures
Enforces policies and procedures to drive inventory accuracy
Fills in for Operations Supervisor(s) as needed
