Schedule Overview:
• Shifts may be daytime or evening
• All shifts end by approximately 9:30 PM (no late-night closing)
• Some weekend shifts are required
• No major holiday shifts (we are closed on major holidays)
• Schedules are provided in advance whenever possible
This role offers structure and predictability compared to traditional late-night restaurant environments.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead and assign tasks to team members during your shift
• Ensure food quality, speed, and service standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
• Follow cash handling, inventory, and operational procedures
• Support training and coaching of team members
• Help maintain a positive and professional work environment
• Work alongside the team during busy periods
This is a working leadership role where you are actively involved in operations while guiding the team.
What We’re Looking For:
• Prior leadership experience (restaurant, retail, grocery, warehouse, or similar)
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lead a small team and communicate clearly
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
• Willingness to follow structured systems and procedures
• Must be at least 18 years old
Restaurant experience is helpful but not required. We value dependability and leadership potential.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
• Comfortable working in kitchen and prep environments
