1. Key responsibilities:

• Research potential vendors, Compare and evaluate offers.
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery ensuring quality of purchased products.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices in the internal system (SAP).
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.

• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

1. Work Experience : Master’s degree in any specialisation or Bachelor’s in Engineering with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in FMCG, Pharmaceuticals or Nutritional Operations.
