Questa figura si occupa della manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria dell'Hotel, rispondendo alle richieste degli ospiti e dei colleghi in maniera cortese e professionale. La risorsa ideale possiede almeno un anno di esperienza nel ruolo, con conoscenze in campo elettrico. E' richiesta la conoscenza della lingua italiana, mentre la conoscenza dell'inglese rappresenta un vantaggio.

Contratto full time e a tempo determinato. Il ruolo prevede lavoro su turni, inclusi weekend e giorni festivi. I candidati devono essere legalmente autorizzati a lavorare in Italia al momento della candidatura.

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is currently looking for an experienced Shift Engineer to join the Team.

About the role

TheShift Engineer diagnoses and provides service and repairs to hotel equipment and responds to inquiries and problems in an efficient,courteousand professional manner to achievemaximumcustomer satisfaction whilecomplying withall Four Seasons’ policies.

What you will do

• Implement and handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and updateappropriate logs

• Diagnose and handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers,chillersand associated equipment throughout the entire building.

• Respond to guest callsregardingmaintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or publicareain a timely manner

• Be familiar with allemergenciesprocedures and respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, powerfailures, etc.

• Clean all stations in Engineering, grease traps, plumbing stoppages andmaintainan organized department and hotel.

• Install orrelocateanyadditionalequipment or existing equipment when necessary.

• Assistwith energy conservation programs in the hotel.

• Install electrical and mechanical systems for renovations, outlet additions and associated equipment and provide electrical set ups for exhibits including maintenance of those set-ups.

• Where requiredassistwith training to all department staff to ensure efficient operation, propermaintenanceand repair to equipment.

What you bring:

+1 yearexperiencein a similar position.

E xcellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, an outgoingpersonalityand a can-do approach to any request.

Working technical knowledge ofgeneral building maintenance and basic ability tooperatecomputer equipment.

Reading,writingand oralproficiencyin theItalianlanguage.Proficiencyin English is a plus.

Schedule & Hours:

Full-time, fixed-term contract. This position requires working in shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Italy at the time of application.
