Job Description

  • Executing planned and unplanned electrical maintenance activities in adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Conducting routine inspections of electrical systems to identify and address potential issues proactively.
  • Collaborating with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies.
  • Diagnosing electrical problems and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Performing regular maintenance tasks such as wiring, testing, and component replacements.
  • Ensuring compliance with electrical codes, standards, and procedures.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior maintenance staff.
  • Documenting maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status accurately.
  • Participating in training programs to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • 3-7 years of experience in the Thermal & Power Plant industry
  • B. Tech in Electrical Engineering
  • Relevant certifications in electrical maintenance and safety protocols (preferred)
