We have great opening to join our Engineering Team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Engineering Manager.
Shift Pattern: Panama Shift, days and nights
This role involves the maintenance, timely repairs using root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment and plant and facilities to ensure the delivery of production volumes and efficiencies within an environment that puts the safety of its people and food as a priority.
You will be working closely with the production department to identify and resolve safety, quality, or downtime issues with assets in a timely manner. In addition, the completion and updating of proactive maintenance tasks is a vital part of the role.
You will need to have great judgement, the ability to diagnose and repair the equipment, as well as taking a long-term view in identifying improvements. You will also have a good understanding of PLC’s.
You will be motivated to make a difference everyday with the ability to operate successfully in a fast-changing environment whilst refusing to accept poor standards.
