Acts as the Shift Lead, overseeing safe, reliable, and efficient data centre operations during assigned shifts, including after-hours support.

• Monitor and manage critical electrical infrastructure (UPS, generators, switchgear, transformers, and power
• Lead shift operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient data centre performance, including after-hours support.
• Monitor and manage critical electrical infrastructure (UPS, generators, switchgear, transformers, and power distribution systems) to maintain maximum availability and resilience.
• Lead incident response and escalation management, coordinating cross-functional teams to minimize operational impact and restore services.
• Ensure compliance and coordinate maintenance activities, including safety procedures, permit-to-work requirements, testing, and commissioning.
• Manage stakeholder communications and drive operational excellence through performance monitoring, risk management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
