• Coordinate and allocate qualified care staff to vacant shifts while ensuring continuity of service for aged care clients
• Monitor rostering and staffing platforms, including Shiftmatch and other scheduling systems, to secure and fill shifts efficiently
• Respond promptly to urgent staffing shortages and unexpected scheduling issues
• Maintain regular communication with care staff, rostering managers, schedulers, and internal team members to ensure smooth operations
• Update and maintain accurate workforce, client, and scheduling records within rostering software platforms
• Ensure all handovers and shift information are communicated clearly and accurately
• Identify and escalate potential compliance concerns or staffing issues to the Brisbane team for follow-up
• Provide additional administrative and scheduling support as required by the allocations team
