SHEQ Manager (m/f/d)

What you will do

AsSHEQ Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the development, implementation, and effectiveness ofSafety, Health, Environment and Qualitymanagement withinPilot Center Operations, covering thePilot Center & New Processingarea. The role ensures compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality requirements and the harmonization of management systems withC‑SHEQand the global operations network.

Your tasks include:

• Development and continuous improvement of environmental and quality management systems.
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, health, environmental, and quality standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Identification, assessment, and mitigation of non‑compliance risks.
• Planning and governance of internal and external audits, including follow‑up of findings.
• Training of employees and ensuring appropriate SHE‑Q documentation.
• Support of operational excellence initiatives and close collaboration with C‑SHEQ and internal stakeholders.

What you will need

• Completed university degree or comparable qualification in a technical, scientific, or SHEQ‑related discipline
• Several years of professional experience in SHE‑Q and/or management systems in an industrial or corporate environment
• In‑depth knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949
• Proven experience in audit management, includingCorrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)processes.
• Structured, analytical, and solution‑focused working approach.
• Strong sense of responsibility combined with clear, confident, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex SHE‑Q topics in a clear and practical manner and to conduct effective training sessions.
• Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
