The McPherson Media Group (MMG) is looking for a highly motivated Editor to take the reins of the Shepparton News, one of regional Victoria’s most established and trusted news brands.

The Opportunity
As Editor, you will lead the daily editorial direction and performance of the Shepparton News newsroom. Working closely with the Chief Content Officer, you will deliver journalism that is relevant, engaging and impactful, while utilising data analytics and audience segmentation to drive subscriber growth and retention.
You’ll lead a talented editorial team, shape a modern newsroom culture and build staff capability by championing digital ways of working using an agile digital publishing model that leverages multimedia content production and modern tools to streamline routine tasks.
