
Weekend Shell Room Lead
At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Lead to join our team in Groton, CT.
The working hours/salary for this role are Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 5a-5:30p $34.39/hour.

What we can offer you:
The Role
Join our team as a Shell Room Lead where you will oversee the daily operations in the shell room, ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently and meeting quality demands! This role provides direction, training and support to the team while driving continuous improvement in processes, safety practices and product quality.
On a day-to-day basis you will:
- Train new employees and cross train team members.
- Lead and coordinate a team of shell room operators to meet production demands.
- Provide hands-on support for daily operations including shell building, drying and inspection.
