Modern Niagara is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Foreperson to join our Ottawa team on an evening shift This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and is passionate about safety, productivity, quality workmanship, and team development.
Working under the applicable Local 47 union agreement, the Sheet Metal Foreperson will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards.
The Sheet Metal Foreperson leads day-to-day field operations for sheet metal and HVAC installations on construction projects. Responsible for supervising crews, coordinating work activities, and maintaining project schedules, the Foreperson ensures work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
Success in this role means productive crews, strong safety performance, quality fabrication, and successful project delivery.
