Lead and support daily activities of sheet metal field crews
Coordinate tasks, materials, and schedules to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity
Collaborate closely with project managers, trades, and site partners
Mentor and support team members to help them grow and succeed
