Make your mark as a SHE-Q Management System Controller at Horizon Geosciences!

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient SHE-Q Management System Controller to support our SHE-Q department. This position is responsible for the implementation, co-ordination, supervision, and maintenance of the Horizon Geosciences Integrated Management System (IMS).

Your responsibilities as a SHE-Q Management & System Controller

• Establish, Implement, and maintain the organization’s Management System comprises of ISO 9001:2015, ISO TS 29001, IS017025:2017, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
• Co-ordinate with Lead SHE-Q System Controller & Auditor for maintenance of the IMS documents and records.
• Report on the functioning of the IMS in the management review meetings.
• Maintain and update group safety statistics and project daily reports to compile CT reports.
• Report on IMS systems to the Head of SHE-Q & Lead SHE-Q System Controller & Auditor
• Notify employees about the publication or revision of the ISO standards and related matters.
• Supervise the maintenance and updates of the IMS documentation within the server.
• Review corrective / preventive action for effectiveness and maintain records.
• Initiate and monitor continual improvement.
• Assist / co-ordinate with Head of SHE-Q for the matters pertaining to IMS.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant Environmental regulations and climate change requirements.
• Provide active participation in the form of adherence to and improvement of the Company’s IMS.

Qualifications

Your qualities and experience

You can make your mark as a SHE-Q Management & System Controller if you have:

• Successful completion of internal auditors training in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in same role.
• Thorough knowledge of ISO standards.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
