This role requires a strong familiarity with software solutions and data analytics, enabling the delivery of robust, data-driven recommendations and improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, andmaintainautomated systems to streamline data collection, tracking, and reporting processes.
Support SHE and sustainability teams by developing and enhancing reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights.Heavy focus on leading indicators to drive world class performance.
Analyze operational, SHE, and sustainability data toidentifytrends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored automation and analytics solutions.
Develop and document processes, standards, and best practices for data management and automation.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend technical enhancements to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Stay current with emerging technologies in automation, analytics, and sustainability reporting to drive innovation and efficiency.
Train and support team members inutilizingdata tools and automated systems effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Engineering,Information Systems, Data Analytics, ora related field
Proven experience in technical analysis, automation, and data management.
Strong knowledge of software solutions and data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R).
ExperiencesupportingSHE and sustainability reporting is highlydesirableincluding familiarity with Velocity, ETG, Red Online and Sphera.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data quality.
Effective communication skills to translate technical findings into practical business recommendations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
