What you´ll do

• Accomplishes tasks as directed by supervisor(s)
  Supports processes/operations of the respective Henkel team
  Complies with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations
• Key responsibility: development, implementation
  and administration of European Audit and Safety Documentation Database,
  risk matrix and integration of Dashboards (Power BI etc.)
• Ensure successful streamlining of current data
  and information systems and able to understand and prioritize safety
  related information and identify gaps in safety database
• Partner with Purchasing, Supply Chain,
  Operations, Product Development and other cross-functional teams
• Opportunity to lead projects on reporting
  optimization of safety related crucial data and run reporting
• Support the coordination of the Regional Safety
  Team events
• As required, manage the alignment and agreement
  of SHE requirements and technical specifications with production sites and
  contract manufacturers, support risk and sustainability assessments
  analytics
• Support
  the execution of the European Henkel Safety Strategy by taking key
  contribution of digitalization projects

What makes you a good fit

• Fluent English and Hungarian and comfortable to communicate
  with external experienced stakeholders
• Min. 2 more semesters of active student status remaining
• Studies or experience in the field of Safety, Health and Environment is an advantage
• Focused and well organized by dealing mass data
  management and data administration
• Being able to work with macros and excel,
  experience with Power BI are advantages
• Optionally open to travel in case of join and
  participate audits and understand machinery environment
• Chemical engineering or other chemical studies is an advantage
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
