Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety (K3) or related disciplines from a reputable university.
Environmental certification is preferred. Additional certifications such as AK3 Umum, SMK3 Internal Auditor, ISO 45001, Internal Auditor ISO 14001, Fire Safety or other SHE-related certifications will be an advantage
Work Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) roles within manufacturing, industrial processing, agribusiness, FMCG, chemical, or related sectors (preferably in chemical manufacturing).
Proven end-to-end operational SHE experience, with a strong focus and heavy background in Environmental management, sustainability, and compliance.
Competencies
Deep knowledge of Indonesian SHE (especially environmental) regulations, combined with hands-on experience executing comprehensive environmental compliance programs, including PROPER, Wastewater Treatment Plant, Hazardous Waste management, air emission controls, and risk management practices.
Proficient in government environmental reporting systems (e.g., SIMPEL).
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills to cultivate a strong safety culture and drive environmental initiatives.
Proactive, agile, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment.
