Shaw Contract is seeking a highly driven, design-forwardAccount Executiveto lead one of our most visible and strategically important A&D-focused territories inAtlanta.This role is centered on building deep relationships within the architecture & design community while driving specification and influencing high-profile commercial projects.This is ahigh-performingterritorywith strong existing momentum and significant growthopportunityacross workplace, corporate real estate, and large-scale interior projects.
What You’ll Do :
Drive new business development across the A&D community and targeted end-use segments
Build and maintain relationships with architects,designers& end users
Travel daily within the territory to develop and grow accounts
Lead product presentations, design consultations, and specification efforts
Manage projects end-to-end: from opportunity identification through installation and post-project follow-up
Maintain an active pipeline through CRM tools (Salesforce) and lead generation platforms
Stay informed on design trends, product innovation, and market activity
Represent Shaw Contract in the local market through meetings and industry events
What It Takes to Succeed
Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close new business
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently & on a team within the territory
Effective communication and relationship-building skills within the Shaw Contract team and with customers
Requirements:
3-5+ years of sales experienceOR equivalent experience in commercial interiors, A&D, or related industry
Musthave the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, team-selling environment with shared financial outcomes and mutual accountability
Living in Greater Atlanta (inside the perimeter preferred)
Ability to come onsite to the Shaw Contract Showroom in Atlanta
Comfortable withregularafter hour networking + events
Stronglypreferredexperience or skills
Bachelor's degree
Ability to speak the language of design (color, texture, finishes, application)
CRM (salesforce) experience
