As a member of the Sharkey’s CUT CREW, you are more than a stylist — you are a key part of creating a fun, stress-free haircut experience for kids and families. CUT CREW stylists deliver high-quality haircuts while keeping kids engaged, smiling, and comfortable from start to finish.

✂️ Core Responsibilities (CUT CREW Role)

• Perform professional haircuts for children (newborn through teens)
• Create a positive, upbeat experience for kids and parents
• Follow Sharkey’s haircut standards and service flow
• Communicate clearly with parents about haircut preferences
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality
• Sanitize tools and maintain a clean, safe workstation
• Support fellow CUT CREW members as a team player

📋 Qualifications

• Valid Oklahoma Cosmetology or Barber License (required)

• Kids’ haircut experience is a plus — training provided

Compensation: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
