The SharePoint Engineer/Architect serves as a technical leader responsible for the design, development, implementation, support, and evolution of SharePoint-based enterprise solutions. This role provides expertise in information technology strategy, systems architecture, application development, business process improvement, and collaboration platforms. The position works closely with government stakeholders to define requirements, create technical solutions, optimize performance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and mission requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate the design, development, implementation, and support of business and technology information systems solutions encompassing multiple specialties, platforms, and technologies.
• Define project scope, plans, and deliverables, including cost projections and project implementation dates.
• Assist leadership in determining technical direction of the organization.
• Research, create, recommend, and implement new technologies, standards, and processes.
• Create portions of information technology plans based on organizational strategic direction and operational goals.
• Assess customer organizational strategic direction and identify technology opportunities.
• Perform business process and workflow analysis.
• Design and develop methods and systems intended to leverage technologies.

• Analyze problems, support and improvement functions, and implement solutions.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.67 - $55.28/hr.
