Responsibilities and Duties:

• Solution Design:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design SharePoint-based solutions.
• Development:
  • Develop custom applications, features, and workflows within SharePoint on-premises environments.
• Configuration:
  • Configure and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and content types to meet business needs.
• Integration:
  • Integrate SharePoint with other business systems and applications as required.
• User Training:
  • Provide training to end-users on SharePoint functionality and best practices.
• Troubleshooting:
  • Identify and resolve issues related to SharePoint implementations.
• Migration:
  • Assist in data migration activities, ensuring smooth and accurate transfer of data.
• Custom Scripting:
  • Develop custom scripts using PowerShell or other scripting languages for SharePoint automation.
• Security Management:
  • Implement and manage security configurations within SharePoint.
• Upgrade and Patch Management:
  • Stay informed about updates and patches for SharePoint and apply them as needed.
• Documentation:
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to SharePoint configurations and customizations.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer, with a focus on on-premises environments.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SharePoint development, including custom application development and workflow customization.
• Integration:
  • Experience integrating SharePoint with other business systems.
• Communication:
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Adaptability:
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
