Job Description

Tilson is looking for a SharePoint Developer to lead the modernization of our Microsoft 365 environment. In this role, you’ll drive our move from Classic to Modern SharePoint, build Power Apps with Dataverse, streamline business processes, and shape the digital tools that support teams across the company.

Requirements

About the role:

• Modernize and consolidate SharePoint environments
• Build and support Power Apps + Dataverse solutions
• Configure and enhance SharePoint sites, pages, and web parts
• Lead deployments, documentation, training, and user adoption
• Partner with business teams to design effective solutions
• Support API integrations with third-party systems

Skills and Experience:

• Experience with SharePoint Online (required)
• Power Apps / Dataverse experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
