About the Role

The organization is driving a digital transformation to modernize collaboration and content management, with SharePoint as the central platform for document management, knowledge sharing, and workflow automation.

We are seeking a Lead SharePoint Architect to provide architectural direction, technical leadership, and governance oversight to ensure a scalable, secure, and user-centric implementation aligned with enterprise IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define overall SharePoint architecture (site structure, information architecture, security, integrations).

• Lead the design and implementation of modern SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Azure-based solutions.

• Establish architectural standards, coding practices, and governance frameworks.

• Oversee development, ensure scalability and compliance, and troubleshoot complex issues.

• Guide teams and stakeholders on best practices and adoption strategies.

Deliverables

• SharePoint Solution Architecture Blueprint

• Governance standards and technical guidelines

• Fully implemented collaboration and workflow solutions

• Training and knowledge transfer

• Recommendations for optimization and long-term sustainability

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (Azure Solutions Architect certification preferred).

• 3–5 years of software development experience.

• 2+ years hands-on M365/SharePoint delivery in large enterprises.

• 2+ years SPFx development experience.

• 4+ years cloud systems delivery (Azure or AWS), including CI/CD pipelines.

• Full-stack development experience (React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Python, HTML, Web Services).

• Experience delivering at least one GenAI solution to production.

Technical & Soft Skills

• Strong systems analysis, secure coding, and Agile/DevOps experience.

• Knowledge of enterprise search, SEO, and AI solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid work setup (onsite as required).

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Manila Time.
