Job Description

FWI is building a team to develop and monitor Veterans' Employment and Training Service (VETS) program's performance outputs and policy support services; to include updating current policies, initiating new policies to support national, state, and local veterans’ offices, or examining federal policies affecting execution of veterans’ programs and changing policies to include latest Congressional and Executive Order decisions. As an Analyst you will be a part of a team that is responsible for evaluating and analyzing program performance data, research and development of program policy and processes, and review and update of policy implementation in regional and field offices.

**This is a full time remote position; however the customer may ask for an occasional office visit.**

Work Schedule and Location:

Remote This full-time remote position will work Monday through Friday, 8 AM EST to 5 PM EST

Responsibilities

  • Shall have experience gathering requirements to address business needs, facilitating the branding and design of SharePoint intranets, creating/maintaining custom, data-rich content that is organized for efficiency and record keeping, writing technical guidance/standard operating procedures, and providing end user training.
  • Use site analytics information to determine end user engagement levels and propose improvements that will optimize target audience interest and accessibility.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Ability to undergo and successfully pass a minimum background investigation (MBI) or a background investigation (BI) conducted through the U.S. Department of Labor
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Microsoft 365/SharePoint design/development for an organization, to include the development and maintenance of sites, assets, document libraries/metadata, the management of user groups, and integrations with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience using databases and developing reports, charts, and pivot tables using MS Excel and/or other analytical tools.

Pay Range

Up to 78k a year
