About the Opportunity

We are looking for a ShareP oint Ad ministrator, to be resp onsible f or overseeing the Share Point en viron ment by ensuring its functi onality, reliability and c ontinuity to meet user requirements. They play a crucial r ole in managing and maintaining the platf or m, pr oviding technical supp ort, and implementing ShareP oint pr ojects.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and i mplementing SharePoint infrastructure aligned with pr ogramme requirements.

• Installing, c onfiguring, and upgrading SharePoint systems.

• Setting up and managing user acc ounts and permissions.

• · De vel oping and managing c ontent databases and site c ollecti ons.

• W orking with de vel opers to depl oy cust om ShareP oint s olutions.

• Creating and maintaining d ocumentati on f or ShareP oint p olicies, procedures, and user guides.

• C oordinating with netw ork administrat ors, syste ms analysts, and s oftware engineers t o assist in res ol ving pr oblems wi9h Share Point framew ork, databases, and other s oftware.

• Pro viding training t o end-users and ensuring the effecti ve operati on of the SharePoint en viron ment.

• Planning and executing backup and disaster rec overy operati ons f or ShareP oint en vir on ments.

Here's What You'll Need

• A degree in Co mputer Science, Inf or mati on Techn ology, or a related field, or equi valent practical experience in ShareP oint ad ministrati on.

• Pr oficiency in SharePoint Server and Share Point Online, including installation, configurati on, and maintenance.

• Str ong understanding of ShareP oint architecture, including sites, libraries, w orkflows, and per missi ons manage ment.

• Experience with Share Point Online and Micr os oft 365, including integrati on with other Micr os oft ser vices (e.g., Tea ms, One Drive, P ower Automate).

• S olid knowledge of PowerShell scripting for Share Point ad ministrati on and automati on tasks.

• Experience with c onfiguring and managing Share Point security settings, access contr ol, and user per missi ons. ·

• Understanding of data governance, co mpliance, and security require ments within ShareP oint en vir on ments.

• Experience in managing ShareP oint c ontent management syste ms and d ocument libraries.

• Fa miliarity with managing SharePoint w orkfl ows and integrati on with other business syste ms.

• Experience of planning and managing Share Point to support co mplex pr ogrammepr oject requirements.

Desirable

• Certificati on in Micr os oft ShareP oint, such as Microsoft Certified: ShareP oint Server or Micr os oft Certified: Azure Funda mentals.

• Experience with hybrid ShareP oint en vironments (combining on-pre mises and cloud s oluti ons).

• Kn owledge of web de vel op ment techn ol ogies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) f or customisati on of ShareP oint sites and features.

• Fa miliarity with ShareP oint Designer f or creating and managing w orkfl ows and custo misati ons.

• Experience with Share Point add-ins, third-party to ols, and integrati ons with other enterprise applicati ons.
