THE JOB:

The Shared Sourcing Managerwill utilize category managements strategy action plan to supportthe execution of sourcing strategies within defined categoriesincluding but not limited to food & beverage, hotel, facilities, & horticulture. This roles includesdeveloping &leading sourcing events, managing supplier relationships,negotiating & executing contracts,and collaborating with internal stakeholders. This role is responsible for delivering cost savings, process improvements, and supporting broader strategic sourcing initiatives in alignment withcategory managementand company goals.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories in alignment with company goals.

• Lead Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, analyze supplier responses, and support award decisions.

• Perform spend analysis and market research to identify sourcing opportunities and cost reduction strategies.

• Negotiate and draft supplier agreements with guidance from Legal.

• Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment and performance.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to support project implementation and ensure contract compliance.

• Track supplier performance metrics and manage resolution of operational issues. - Suggest Removal

• Contribute to the identification of diverse and sustainable sourcing options.

• Support the development of tools, templates, and best practices within sourcing.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• At least three (3) years of prior relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

• Prior experience conducting RFPs and negotiating supplier contracts preferably in one or more of the following areas: Food & Beverage, Hotel, Facilities, & Horticulture.
