In this role, you'll:


Working as part of a team delivering customer-focused shared services, you will support internal and external customers in a fast-paced contact centre environment.


This role will see you respond to enquiries across multiple channels, resolve issues at first contact, and process transactions accurately and efficiently.

About you


You will deliver strong customer outcomes in a high-volume environment.

Your communication skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple systems,developed in contact centre, shared services or similar environments will see you succeed.

You're recognised as a customer-focused communicator, skilled at resolving enquiries and working in fast-paced, KPI-driven settings.
