The HR Shared Services Sr. Assistant, is a crucial, role on our Human Resources team! You’ll be the go-to person for administrative and clerical support, making sure HR transactions run smoothly, and providing essential, efficient support for all HR processes. Position Responsibilities:

• Process HR transactions such as Leave, Dependent Verification, Wage Garnishments, Medical Support Orders, Benefit Life Events, and Tuition Reimbursement

• Maintain Records for Leave

• Coordinate, Relocation logistics and expense tracking

• Serve as first point of contact for basic benefit questions
• Prepare any required vouchers or wires
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information
• Ensure compliance with company policies

• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

Position Requirements:

• Associate’s degree preferred or 1-2+ years of relevant HR, Shared Services or related experience.
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Experience with Oracle HCM system preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail a must.
• Ability to set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines
• Ability to handle information in a confidential manner required
• Must be professional and possess excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work independently as well as a team environment
