About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shared Services Officer (Accounts Payable/Receivable) to join our dynamic finance team. This is a junior/entry-level role responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of supplier invoices, employee reimbursements, and various Accounts Receivable functions.

As a key member of our Shared Services team, you will ensure timely payments, maintain accurate vendor accounts, and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. You will be instrumental in supporting the implementation and ongoing use of our EPICOR ERP system, contributing to process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the smooth operation of our financial processes. We are looking for a motivated individual with 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Receivable, who is eager to learn and grow within a global organization. This role will be based in Lima Perú - Santiago de Surco Office (Hybrid role)

Key Criteria:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an intern or assistant in Accounts Payable or Receivable.
• Intermediate or advanced English level skills, able to communicate effectively.
• Understanding of Accounts Payable and Receivable processes.
• Proficiency in accurate invoice processing and vendor account reconciliations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service focus.
• Strong attention to detail, process-complaint and organizational skills.

Desirable but not a must-have:

• Experience with EPICOR or other ERP systems.
• Familiarity with purchasing processes.
• Exposure to multi-regional operations.
• Diploma in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent).
