The essential purpose of the function is accounting/finance support to our business in Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will be dealing with administrative tasks, scanning, validation, vendor or customer invoices, communication with internal and external stakeholders, and actively taking participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Invoice send and receipt
• Scanning of documentation
• Documentation archiving
• Mailbox checking
• Invoice validation
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Checking account statements, and open item lists from vendors and customers
• Posting of low complexity non PO and PO invoices

What are we looking for?

• University Degree completed or in progress (final year/MA studies) in: Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
• Analytical and detail oriented person
• Able to organize, plan, prioritize and meet deadlines
• PC Skills: Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook
• Fluent in English
• Motivated for entry level position and opportunity to gain experience within Finance/Accounting area and complex, international environment
