Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Shared Living Coordinator (SLC) who plays a vital role in the support and oversight of Home Care Providers to ensure the overall health and safety of the individuals supported in Shared Living arrangements. The SLC collaborates with the Aspire management team, coworkers, state agencies, family members, guardians, medical/mental health providers and others in the community to make sure individuals are safe, their needs are met, and their lives are as rich and fulfilling as possible

Our ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational, administrative and communication skills
  • Knowledge of funding agency regulations/requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to provide on-call support
  • Must have satisfactory background checks
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
