We are hiring a Partner & Channel Manager to lead the development of a partner ecosystem across the Americas—starting in the United States and extending into Mexico and South America.
You will work closely with leadership across Europe and the US to build scalable channel programs, forge new strategic alliances, and drive revenue through reseller, integrator, and technology partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Own the channel development strategy for North and South America
Identify and onboard new value-adding partners, from resellers to systems integrators
Manage existing partnerships, driving joint GTM initiatives and measurable revenue impact
Localize and refine global programs to fit the dynamics of the Americas region
Build and execute scalable playbooks for channel success, reporting directly into US-based leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and international sales teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
6+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or strategic alliances
Deep understanding of indirect sales models and partner-influenced revenue generation
Experience in infrastructure, SaaS, geospatial, or enterprise technology sectors
Proven success designing and executing channel programs in complex, technical environments
Familiarity with enterprise tools such as AWS, SAP, and Esri is a strong plus
Able to navigate fast-paced, cross-border collaboration in a scale-up setting
Spanish or Portuguese fluency is an advantage for regional expansion
