Tax Advisory

Our Tax Advisory services provide comprehensive tax solutions designed to help businesses navigate the complexities of tax regulations and optimize their tax positions. Our expertise spans across business tax, international tax, transaction tax, indirect tax, and people advisory services. We offer strategic tax planning, compliance, and dispute resolution to ensure our clients achieve their financial goals while maintaining compliance with local and international tax laws.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead tax research efforts on laws and regulations to generate insights that inform tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Deliver strategic tax advisory across corporate structures, reorganizations, joint ventures, and contract reviews, assessing implications and risks
• Shape and drive tax strategies aligned with clients’ business and financial objectives, advising on the implications of key decisions to optimize outcomes and manage risks effectively.
• Oversee the integrity of client tax records and filings while synthesizing analyses into clear, decision-ready reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and meaningful insights for stakeholders.
• Ensure tax advice and strategies are fully aligned with applicable regulations, providing oversight and guidance
• Deliver high-quality advocacy and strategic advisory to clients, shaping decisions and addressing complex issues to achieve optimal outcomes.

Competency Requirements

Education: A university degree in accounting, business, finance, banking, or other relevant discipline. Graduate of Juris Doctor program.

Relevant Experience: Preferably with maximum 3 years’ experience in tax or related field

Certificates, Licenses, Registration: Preferably with relevant certifications such as Admission to the Bar and CPA
