The Impact You'll Have
As an Account Manager focused on the Professional cohort, you’ll bring this mission to life. You’ll lead a portfolio of established sellers, using data, strategy, and partnership to help them reach their next stage of growth. You’ll drive adoption of key tools and programs, provide trusted guidance, and be the connective force that turns TCGplayer into every seller’s most reliable growth partner.
Protect and grow revenue by leading a defined portfolio of Professional-tier sellers with consistent engagement and follow-through.
Implement structured adoption campaigns that drive use of key marketplace programs (Direct, POS, International).
Deliver on weekly customer connection goals through a balance of proactive outreach and responsive support
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Seller Marketing) to surface seller insights, identify friction points, and inform new solutions.
Strengthen seller trust through transparent communication, tailored recommendations, and consistent delivery of value.
Champion seller feedback by contributing to the Voice of Seller pipeline and helping shape enablement playbooks and workflows.
Additional Impacts
Support cohort growth by identifying and nurturing high-potential Pre-Professional sellers moving into Professional.
Ensure all interactions and outcomes are accurately logged in CRM to power AI-driven insights and reporting.
Model data integrity, accountability, and operational excellence as core to seller success
Help scale Seller Growth practices by adopting new dashboards, automations, and engagement tools that elevate the seller experience.
What You Bring to the Team
Proven experience managing customer relationships or portfolios in a growth-driven marketplace, SaaS, or eCommerce environment.
A track record of delivering measurable results across retention, adoption, and revenue growth.
Strong communication and consultative skills with the ability to build trust, influence decisions, and translate insights into action.
Comfort working with data, dashboards, and CRM tools to identify trends and prioritize impact.
Passion for process, with an ability to follow playbooks while contributing ideas to improve them.
Curiosity and initiative - a proactive problem solver who looks for ways to add value without waiting for direction.
Empathy and resilience - committed to helping sellers succeed even through challenges or change.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in customer success, account management, or seller growth roles.
Proven success driving retention, adoption, and revenue growth in a SaaS or marketplace.
Experience with HubSpot (or other CRMs), Google Workspace, Tableau, and Outlook
Additional Details
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$63,000 - $72,100
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
