Work you’ll do

• Team player to work on projects for clients in the Insurance management sector.
• Develop and deliver strategic solutions in areas such as front-to-back office operations, risk management, performance reporting, regulatory change, and transformation.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
• Deliver on project, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client goals.
• Identify opportunities for business development and contribute to proposal writing and client pitches.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments impacting investment firms.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of intellectual capital (white papers, methodologies, etc.).

Requirements

• A degree from a recognized institution is required.
• Strong leadership experience leading a dynamic Insurance Management Advisory team
• Proven track record of leading complex engagements, managing client relationships, and delivering impactful recommendations.
• Strong analytical abilities, logical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
• Initiative-driven and adaptable in dynamic environments
