Work you’ll do

• Lead enterprise Data & AI / AI Transformation engagements from strategy through implementation and adoption.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on AI strategy, product development, operating models, governance and responsible AI.
• Identify and develop high-value AI opportunities across Investment Management, including front, middle and back-office functions, risk, operations, investment research and client servicing.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives and act as an adviser on AI-enabled business transformation.
• Develop repeatable AI propositions, solutions and intellectual property that can be taken to market across clients.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across business, data, AI, technology, risk and controls.
• Work with technology ecosystem partners to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
• Support business development through opportunity identification, account farming, proposals, pitches and development of new client relationships.
• Grow existing client engagements into broader Data & AI transformation programmes.
• Contribute to development of Deloitte's Data & AI capabilities, market presence and talent.

Requirements

• A degree from a recognized institution is required.
• Strong leadership experience
• Proven track record of leading complex engagements, managing client relationships, and delivering impactful recommendations.
• Strong analytical abilities, logical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
• Initiative-driven and adaptable in dynamic environments
