Main Responsibilities

1. Collect and verify procurement requirements (product/service specifications, quantities, and other needs).
2. Assist in preparing procurement documents, reports, budgets, and evaluations.
3. Maintain and update vendor/supplier databases.
4. Support vendor selection, analysis, risk assessment, and evaluation.
5. Assist in negotiations and contract preparation, including Service Level Agreements.
6. Ensure vendors comply with established standards and guidelines.
7. Build and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers through regular communication.

General Responsibilities

1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Diploma (D3) with at least 3 years’ experience in procurement.
2. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
3. Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
4. Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
