Job Identification

We are looking for a SFE Specialist to join our Sales team in Bangladesh

Main Responsibilities

  • Support customized regional plans related to RTM, improving master data accuracy, and enhancing Salesforce Effectiveness KPIs in line with the annual commercial strategy devised by HQ; also, stay updated on industry RTM and other best practices by visiting the market
  • Develop SD and preseller visit frequency as per RTM fundamentals and sales hierarchy to optimize span of control and sales routes throughout the year; modify the route structure as per HO-defined RTM principles and redesign the routes through territory teams by using technology and experience by visiting distributors in their relevant areas regularly
  • Develop new customized plans to improve SFE KPIs for the assigned sales center to unleash the full potential of the salesforce by providing them with the right capabilities and the right sales tools along with the implementation of national plans; lead SFE and route productivity and regular reporting; SFE target setting, tracking and monitoring, tail analysis to identify bottom performers
  • Develop benefit and cost analysis modeling prior to implementing any Route to Market strategy for efficient sales operations
  • Evaluate business opportunity areas by ensuring the execution of Every Outlet Survey in the assigned sales center; identify outlet universe to determine the true potential and lead the horizontal expansion to improve numeric penetration; monitor the progress of EOS and reinforce low performers; implement roadmap for primary and secondary RTM structure based on available opportunity identified by EOS aligned with HQ RTM
  • Ensure data cleansing with the help of the sales team and master data analytics and rectify in terms of outlet active status, sub-trade channel and segment particularly, and other fields in general
  • After developing the right number of sales routes required for operations, optimize and track delivery efficiency by increasing the use of technology to optimize delivery trucks and shipment as well
  • Provide targeted coaching through on-the-job, online, and classroom sessions by performing tail analysis and identifying the presellers/SDs with high margin of improvement by visiting impacted salespersons in the market
  • Monitor system utilization [VOYAGE (Indirect Sales Information System), CCI Zoom, CLM, WebBASIS, etc.] and act as first-level support to the field team in terms of data support and troubleshooting in indirect distribution by engaging all support functions to get in time all required necessary resources like deliverymen, pre-sellers, and HHT devices to support RTM and commercial teams
  • Conduct RTM analyses for annual business plans and share them with related departments (Sales Center, Distributor)
