Job Identification

We are looking for a SFE Specialist to be a part of our Sales Capability & Business Development team located in Kyrgzyzstan.

What We Expect

• Conduct analyses and prepare reports on visits, time in the field, frequency of visits to sales outlets of the sales department
• Conduct analyses and prepare reports on business systems and projects (SFE, FMT) – RTM: preparation of recommendations on the effective distribution of territories and frequency of visits.
• Prepare presentations on sales department projects, KBI (key business indicators), BP, RE, Cut off, Pre seller meeting, Distributor Meeting
• Constantly improve analytical skills and the art of working with digital products and tools – MS office, PPT, PBI, etc.
• Coordinate the process of ordering HO, post mix, HO frames, CO2 cylinders
• Report to the line manager on all identified deficiencies in the work of the department entrusted to him, as well as on the results achieved

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Negotiation skills
• Presentation skills
• Analytical skills
• English level- Intermediate and higher
• Computer skills: A confident PC user
