Job Description

As an SFDC Health Cloud BA, you will play a crucial role in translating business requirements into functional specifications, with a focus on healthcare processes. Your expertise will ensure efficient and effective solutions, improving patient outcomes. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with international organizations and drive innovative healthcare solutions.

• Lead discussions and requirements gathering sessions with international healthcare organizations.
• Implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, utilizing your knowledge of the Health Cloud core data model and out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Drive the claims management process on the Salesforce Health Cloud platform.
• Elicit and analyze detailed business requirements for healthcare processes, including Claims, Provider, and Care Management.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and user stories, focusing on Health Cloud objects and workflows.
• Map current and future processes, identifying technology-driven improvements for patient care.
• Collaborate with Architects to ensure feasible and aligned solution designs.
• Support QA testing by validating the solution meets business needs.
• Conduct UAT training and facilitate user testing, ensuring a smooth go-live process.

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for effective leadership.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Health Cloud implementation is a must.
• Knowledge of Health Cloud core data model and out-of-the-box features is crucial.
• Experience in claims management on the Salesforce Health Cloud platform is preferred.
• Proficiency in Agile-based development, with a focus on requirement gathering and refinement.
• Strong understanding of healthcare terminology and processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clinicians and administrators.
• Experience in mapping and improving healthcare processes with technology.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
