Job Description

 A company that unlocks real-time insights for better visibility, accuracy, and efficiency for high value crops is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Billing Operations and SFDC Admin to join its team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting and optimizing its Sales and Finance operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Salesforce, sales operations, and ERP systems, with a preference for NetSuite.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and optimize Salesforce (SFDC) for the company's sales team.
• Oversee billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and external regulations.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Administer and troubleshoot Salesforce functionality, including custom objects, workflows, and integrations.
• Utilize ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, to handle billing and financial data, ensuring alignment across systems.
• Design and generate regular reports to provide insights into billing, sales operations, and revenue trends.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and best practices for Salesforce and ERP integrations.
• Manage the sales operation reporting center.

Qualifications:

• Salesforce Administrator or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in sales operations with a focus on process improvement and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with NetSuite experience considered a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
